We guarantee our work! If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 1 week of your appointment. If the technician did not deliver the outcome discussed in the consult, a complimentary fix is available within 7 days of the original service date. If the call is made outside of 7 days or a request is made that is different from the initial app, the service will be charged at full price. **Please refer to consultation form**
Unopened and unused product, with the original receipt may be returned within 1 week of purchase date for salon credit or exchange. Defective aerosol products qualify for exchange within 30 days of purchase, with original receipt. We do not offer cash back.

(Color & Spa services) Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment to check-in, use restroom, and sign the consent form.
After 15 min, the appt is forfeited and rescheduled.
Please provide 24+ hour notice.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATIONS
After 2 no-shows, future appointments may require a pre-payment or a card on file to reserve the appointment . Multiple no-shows will result in dismissal from the salon.
For the safety of your child and as a courtesy to our guests and staff, please do not bring children who are not receiving a service into the salon/spa/nail area. Children receiving a service must be attended by an adult at all times. Thank you for your understanding!

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
For your protection, we ask that you do not bring valuable items or clothing inside the salon. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
